If you ask us, automatic quotes are the future. However, for some orders or customers, it's not worth it to create an Offering just for one specific case. Therefore, we're introducing the ability to also create manual quotes!

Manual quotes

When your accounts create a new quote, it starts off as an automatic quote. Automatic quotes can be ordered at any time by your customers.

However, when the customer or you click the edit button, you can start adding custom specifications to the quote, in the form of attachments and a description.

Whenever you or your customer finishes editing and clicks "request review" an email is sent out.

Now you can start adding quote rows using internal offerings, or even update the specification. Whenever you're done you can mark the quote as ready.

The customer receives an email notifying them that the quote is ready, and they can choose to either order it or update the specification again.
